UPDATE - Nomura Securities upgraded Nokia (NYSE: NOK) from Reduce to Neutral. Price target goes from EUR 3.6 to EUR 4.0

Nomura analyst, Stuart Jeffrey, said, "Stuart Jeffrey, said, "We are upgrading Nokia to Neutral after raising our estimates to reflect a likely stronger-than-expected Q3 and solid Q4. In addition, we expect new Windows Phone launches to feature at October 26th’s Nokia World event and that Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) supported advertising will build shortly after. However, we remain cautious on the smartphone outlook and believe H1 2012 earnings are at risk. The pace of any turnaround seems likely to disappoint relative to consensus estimates, in our view. Our 2012 EPS estimate of EUR 0.11 is below consensus at EUR 0.26. Our 2011E EPS goes from EUR 0.20 to EUR 0.25, 2012E from EUR 0.02 to EUR 0.11 and 2013 from EUR 0.23 to EUR 0.34."
