After-Hours Movers 10/11: (TEL) (NSR) Higher; (AA) (CHKM) (RF) Lower

TE Connectivity (NYSE: TEL) 6.9% HIGHER; Cephalon (Nasdaq: CEPH) to be replaced by TE Connectivity in the S&P 500.

Alcoa, Inc. (NYSE: AA) 4.4% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.15, vs. the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.42 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.24 billion.

NeuStar (NYSE: NSR) 3.6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.51, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $152.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $148.74 million. Authorized an added $250 million to its buyback program. NeuStar sees FY2011 EPS of $595-$600, versus prior guidance of $585-$600 and the consensus of $596.33. Also announced the acquisition of TARGUSinfo for about $650M in cash.

Chesapeake Midstream Partners (Nasdaq: CHKM) 1% LOWER; announces a public offering of 10 million common units representing limited partner interests owned by Global Infrastructure Partners. GIP has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.5 million common units.

Regions Financial Corp. (NYSE: RF) 0.8% LOWER; hedge fund Fairholme Capital disclosed a 4.81%, or 60,568,917 share, stake in the company. This is down 51.11% from the 123,888,637 shares (9.84%) held at the end of the latest quarter ending June 30, 2011.
