Costamare (CMRE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8% to $0.27; 9.3% Yield

Costamare (NYSE: CMRE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized. This is an 8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on November 7, 2011, to stockholders of record on October 21, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of October 19, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9.3 percent.
