Barclays reiterates an 'Equalweight' on Wisconsin Energy (NYSE: WEC) price target raised $2 to $36.

Barclays analyst says, "Wisconsin Public Service Commission voted (2-1) to accept WEC's May proposal to defer by one year its biennial General Rate Case proceeding until 2012 with new base rates effective 2013. We view this as a constructive outcome and one that also underscores the progressive nature of the Wisconsin Commission, which has consistently been regarded as very balanced and forward-thinking. We reiterate our rating and our current 2011/'12/'13E EPS of $2.14/$2.32/$2.51."
