Illumina (Nasdaq: ILMN) 25% LOWER; sees Q3 sales of about $235 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $277.72 million. Sees Q4 sales higher than Q3 sales. Suspending guidance for the full year.

ServiceSource (Nasdaq: SREV) 12% HIGHER; reports prelim. Q3 sales above $49 million. Sees breakeven to a loss of 1 cent per share. Sees FY11 sales above $195 million.

Affymetrix (Nasdaq: AFFX) 8.8% LOWER; it seems the entire scientific instrument sector is falling on the Illumina guidance.

IDT Corp. (NYSE: IDT) 7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.01, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $407.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $398.97 million.

Regency Energy Partners LP (NYSE: RGP) 4.2% LOWER; announced today the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests in Regency. In connection with the offering, Regency has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 common units.

MarkWest Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: MWE) 3.4% LOWER; announced today that it is commencing a public offering of 5,000,000 common units. MarkWest intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase a maximum of 750,000 additional common units to cover over-allotments, if any.

AngioDynamics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANGO) 2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.08, ex-items, inline with the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $54.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $53.86 million. Reaffirms FY12 outlook. AngioDynamics also reported today that the Company's Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase, prior to May 31, 2012, of up to $20 million of the Company's common stock.

CF Industries (NYSE: CF) 1.3% LOWER; disclosed that it will shut down its methanol plant in Woodward, Oklahoma in order to focus these operations on fertilizer production. The company expects a $22 million impairment charge during the third quarter as a result.

Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: GCI) 0.8% LOWER; today announced that Craig A. Dubow, chairman and chief executive officer, has resigned due to disability. Dubow had taken a leave of absence on September 15 to address continuing issues relating to prior medical conditions. Marjorie Magner, an independent director since 2006 who has been chairman of the audit committee, has been named non-executive chairman of the board. Gracia C. Martore, president and chief operating officer, who has been serving as principal executive officer while Mr. Dubow was on medical leave, has been named president and chief executive officer and joined Gannett’s Board of Directors.

Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSII) INDICATED LOWER; reports prelim. Q1 loss of 22-24c, vs. cons of an 18c loss. Sees sales $18.7 million, vs. the consensus of $21.6 million.
