Shares of Oracle (ORCL) Falling Amid $199.5M Payment to Settle False Claims Act Suit

Oracle (Nasdaq: ORCL) shares are being sold in Thursday's post-market session following news the tech giant will pay the US $199.5 million in order to resolve the suit related to the False Claims Act.

The stock last traded at $29.49, down almost 2 percent from the close.
