Alico, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALCO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on November 15, 2011, to stockholders of record on October 31, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of October 27, 2011.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
Alico also indicated its intent to reinstate the quarterly dividend policy as of the first fiscal quarter, ending December 31, 2011, though it's not clear whether the dividend will remain at $0.12.
