UPDATE - UBS upgraded Holly Energy Partners (NYSE: HEP) from Neutral to Buy. PT maintained at $55.
UBS analyst says, "Low Risk, Stable Business - HEP provides petroleum product and crude oil transportation, terminaling, storage and throughput services to the petroleum industry, including Holly/Frontier (NYSE: HFC). The business is 100% fee-based and major customers have entered into 15-year long-term contracts with minimum contracted obligations for volume and/or revenues. HEP serves the high-growth Southwest and Rocky Mountain markets."
"Numerous Growth Projects on the Horizon: HEP is completing construction of 5 interconnecting pipelines among HFC's East and West Tulsa refineries. HEP has the option to purchase HFC's 75%-interest in a 400-mile refined products pipeline that is being built from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas. HEP can also expand by building storage and loading rack facilities inside HFC's 135,000 bbl/d El Dorado, KS, and 32,000 bbl/d Cheyenne, WY refineries."
