UPDATE - UBS initiates coverage on Accretive Health (NYSE: AH) with a Buy. PT $29.00
UBS analyst says, "AH’s end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) combines technology, people and process to deliver large and sustainable margin improvements for hospitals. We believe AH’s RCM value proposition is the most compelling versus competitors and should help drive its market penetration to ~5% by 2014 (currently ~2%)."
"In our view, Accretive’s ‘quality and total cost of care’ offering and ‘physician advisory services’ appear to be ramping ahead of expectations. We believe these two recently introduced offerings may offer upside to numbers."
