AEP Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: AEPI) today announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets and specified liabilities of Webster Industries in a cash transaction valued at approximately $28.4 million, subject to a post-closing working capital adjustment. .
