Marsh & McLennan Cos. (NYSE: MMC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on November 15, 2011, to stockholders of record on October 11, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of October 7, 2011.
