JPMorgan's Sterling Auty revised ratings on the following stocks Wednesday morning:

• upgraded Autodesk (Nasdaq: ADSK) from Neutral to Overweight, price target raised from $32 to $40
  
• upgraded Rovi Corp. (Nasdaq: ROVI) from Neutral to Overweight, $60 price target maintained
  
• downgraded VeriSign (Nasdaq: VRSN) from Overweight to Neutral, price target reduced from $38 to $35
  
• downgraded Amdocs (NYSE: DOX) from Overweight to Neutral, price target reduced from $36 to $33
