Adobe Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADBE) 7.5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.55, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.01 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.03 billion. Sees Q4 2011 EPS of $0.57-$0.64, versus the consensus of $0.59. Sees Q4 2011 revenue of $1.075-$1.125 million, versus the consensus of $1.07 million.

Oracle Corp (NASDAQ: ORCL) 3.3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.48, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $8.36 billion. Sees Q2 adj-sales up 4-8 percent and adj-EPS of 56-58c, which compares to the Street estimate of 57c.
