Talbots (TLB) Shares Moving Following Small Insider Buys

Shares of Talbots (NYSE: TLB) seem to be moving following an SEC filing which discloses a purchase of just 12,000 shares of common stock by the retailers President and CEO Trudy Sullivan.
Soon after, a purchase of 10,000 shares from CFO and COO Mike Scarpa was also filed.
While shares of Talbots traded higher throughout most of Tuesday's session, the stock is now up more than 6 percent to around $3.25.
Notably, Sullivan now holds nearly 543,000 shares of common stock, while Scarpa holds nearly 336,000 shares.
