Kona Grill, Inc. (Nasdaq: KONA) 27.8% HIGHER; raises its Q3 EPS guidance from 1-3 cents to 5-6 cents, vs. the consensus of 3 cents. Sales guidance moves from $22.7-$23.7 million to $24.1-$24.2 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $23.61 million.

Cumulus Media (Nasdaq: CMLS) 20.8% HIGHER; continuing higher today possibly on the back of the disclosure of large number of insider buys last night. The CEO Farid Suleman bought more than 2 million shares. The stock was started at Buy at CRT Capital this morning.

Molycorp (NYSE: MCP) 19.7% LOWER; JPMorgan downgraded the stock from Overweight to Neutral with a price target of $66.00 (down from $105). Click here to see more color.

Transcept Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSPT) 17.4% HIGHER; continuing higher following earnings last week. The stock seems to be breaking out after crossing the 200-day smooth moving average at the open today.

China Valves Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: CVVT) 15.6% HIGHER; stock bounced strongly away from the 200-day average at around 10:30am ET this morning. Volume spiked sharply at this time.

Odyssey Marine Exploration Inc. (Nasdaq: OMEX) 15.5% HIGHER; traders buying following a 10 percent move higher yesterday. The stock seems to be breaking out above a resistance level around $3. Shares have not been over this level since July.

Gulf Resources (Nasdaq: GURE) 15.4% HIGHER; continuing a late-day run which pushed shares nearly 8 percent higher over the last hour of trade. The stock has already traded 2.2 million shares, compared to average daily volume of just 612,000 shares.

Healthsouth (NYSE: HLS) 15.0% LOWER; traders are selling today as the company is set to hold a conference call to discuss the potential impact of the President's deficit reduction proposals related to inpatient rehabilitation facilities. The company said 39 of 97 hospitals operate at or above the 75 percent threshold, 23 hospitals are between 70 and 75 percent. The stock was downgraded at CRT Capital.

Accuray Incorporated (Nasdaq: ARAY) 12.8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.40), which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.07 (includes costs related to TomoTherapy deal). Revenue for the quarter came in at $75.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $64.83 million. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $80 to $85 million, versus the consensus of $93.33 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of $400 to $415 million, versus the consensus of $377.67 million.

Jiayuan.com (Nasdaq: DATE) 12.5% LOWER; the stocks of US-listed Chinese companies are getting absolutely crushed lately as fraud concerns remain. Shares of Yoku.com (Nasdaq: YOKU) down 4.8 percent, shares of Renren (Nasdaq: RENN) down 6.2 percent, shares of SINA (Nasdaq: SINA) down 10.4 percent.

Rare Element Resources Ltd. (AMEX: REE) 12.1% LOWER; potentially moving on Molycorp downgrade.
