Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.47 billion. Shipped 10.6 million BlackBerry's during the quarter. Sees Q3 2012 EPS of $1.20 to $1.40, versus the consensus of $1.36. Sees Q3 2012 revenue of $5.3 billion to $5.6 billion, versus the consensus of $5.27 billion. Sees FY12 adjusted EPS toward the low-end of its previously issued range. The stock was downgraded at three firms this morning.

Diamond Foods, Inc. (Nasdaq: DMND) 14.1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.52, 8 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $232.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $216.34 million. Diamond sees FY2012 EPS of $3.05 to $3.15, versus prior guidance of $3.00 to $3.10 and the consensus of $3.10. Diamond sees FY2012 revenue of $1.85 to $1.95 billion, versus the consensus of $1.87 billion.
BSQUARE Corp. (Nasdaq: BSQR) 13.5% HIGHER; announced an agreement with Datalight permitting BSQUARE to distribute Datalight products in Korea and China. BSQUARE already distributes select Datalight products in North America and Taiwan.
China North East Petroleum Holding Limited (NYSE: NEP) 11.8% LOWER; correcting today following sharp upside this week. The stock is up more than 43% this week alone.
RPX Corporation (Nasdaq: RPXC) 10.4% HIGHER; today announced the pricing of its follow-on offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock at $20.49 per share. RPX will sell 1,400,000 shares and selling stockholders will sell the remaining 1,600,000 shares in the offering. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock from the selling stockholders.
Patriot Coal Corporation (NYSE: PCX) 9.9% LOWER; updates on third-quarter 2011 production. Due primarily to geological issues impacting the Company's two longwall mines, as well as the early closure of a thermal mine, production in the third quarter is expected to be down approximately 450,000 tons.
