Advanced Analogic Tech (Nasdaq: AATI) 28.5% LOWER; are plunging in afternoon trade Friday following reports Skyworks (Nasdaq: SWKS) has filed a formal notice of a contract breach on Sept. 7th.

VeriSign (Nasdaq: VRSN) 14.9% LOWER; CFO leaving company.

Matrix Service Co. (Nasdaq: MTRX) 14.2% LOWER; lower after filing its 10-K late Thursday. Matrix missed fourth-quarter 2011 views on Wednesday, and issued fiscal 2012 guidance below expectations.

Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. (Nasdaq: ULTA) 12.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.38, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $394.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $384.18 million. Sees Q3 2011 EPS of $0.36-$0.38, versus the consensus of $0.34. Sees Q3 2011 revenue of $400-$407 million, versus the consensus of $395.5 million.

Korn/Ferry Int'l (NYSE: KFY) 12.2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.33, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $214.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $198.15 million. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.30 to $0.36, versus the consensus of $0.35. Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $192 to $210 million, versus the consensus of $201.36 million.

MGIC Investment Corp. (NYSE: MTG) 11.3% LOWER; giving some back after closing nearly 26 percent better on Wednesday after issuing monthly statistics.

China Green Agriculture (NYSE: CGA) 10.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.38, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $60.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $43 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.26-$0.29, versus the consensus of $0.37. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $46.8-$50 million, versus the consensus of $44.90 million. China Green Agriculture sees FY2012 EPS of $1.38-$1.48, versus the consensus of $1.73. China Green Agriculture sees FY2012 revenue of $209.6-$224.6 million, versus the consensus of $200.30 million.

Conn's Inc. (Nasdaq: CONN) 10.5% HIGHER; Caris & Co. upgraded the stock from Average to Above Average.

Hurco Cos, Inc. (Nasdaq: HURC) 9.9% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.70, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $50.57 million versus the consensus estimate of $46.33 million.

Cleveland Biolabs (Nasdaq: CBLI) 8.9% HIGHER; has been volatile this week ahead of expected Medicare enrollment data next week. Shares rose 13 percent on Monday, 13.4 percent on Tuesday, and fell 8.4 percent yesterday.

Rexahn Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AMEX: RNN) 8.9% HIGHER; Director Peter Brandt bought 25,000 shares on September 6, 2011 as well as call options at $1.25 and $1.19 expiring in 2021 and 2020 on 20,000 shares.
