UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Alcoa (NYSE: AA) price target lowered from $16.25 to $13.
UBS analyst says, "Our Q3 EPS estimate for AA is $0.20, below the $0.32 earned during Q2 2011, and below the current consensus estimate of $0.29. AA is expected to report Q3 results after market close on October 11th...have revised our 2011 EPS estimates from $1.16 to $1.02 to reflect lower realized pricing, foreign exchange rates to date and rising costs. We have revised our 2012 EPS estimates from $1.21 to $1.07 to reflect rising costs in the industry."
