Callidus Software Inc. (Nasdaq: CALD), has acquired the leader in collaborative rapid e-learning authoring, Rapid Intake.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Through the acquisition, Callidus extends its position as leader in the high growth mobile learning market, strengthens the value proposition of its core SaaS sales performance management suite, and increases its cross-selling opportunities to its 2.5 million and growing user base.
