Auriga reiterates a 'Buy' on Mettler-Toledo (NYSE: MTD) price target of $185.00.
Auriga analyst says, "Mettler-Toledo is generally considered the most “industrial” of the tools players and faces well-documented EPS headwinds from a strong Swiss Franc. That said, we believe MTD’s product portfolio, pricing power, and marketing infrastructure leave the company well-positioned. We have long been impressed with MTD’s demonstrated ability to drive innovation in what are arguably mature product areas. These efforts should facilitate continued market share gains (75% of products hold a #1 market share). In turn, MTD’s continues to expand its exposure to rapidly growing emerging markets (32% of sales). As such, we see further potential for above market growth and view current share levels as an attractive entry point."
