Barclays reiterates an 'Underweight' on Zumiez, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZUMZ) price target lowered by $1 to $19.
Barclays analyst says, "ZUMZ reported 2Q FY11 EPS of $0.08, $0.03 better than us and consensus of $0.05. The $0.03 beat was operating due to higher gross margin and lower SG&A expense. Management provided guidance for 3Q/11 of $0.37 to $0.39 on a positive low single digit comp versus consensus of $0.44 and us at $0.41. We are lowering our 3Q 2011 EPS estimate to $0.37 from $0.41, 4Q to $0.53 from $0.55, FY 2011 to $1.05 from $1.08, and FY 2012 to $1.22 from $1.25."
