Deutsche Bank upgraded NTT Docomo (NYSE: DCM) from Hold to Buy with a price target of Y166,000.

Deutsche analyst says, "We upgrade our rating because (1) we expect ARPU to stabilize, (2) the shares are undervalued, and (3) we see low share-price risk. ARPU has fallen an avg of 5% annually since the company listed, but we expect the decline to moderate to -3% in FY3/12 and -1% in FY3/13. The dividend yield is 4%, and we expect another hike in FY3/13."
