Shares of AT&T, Inc. (NYSE: T) fell Wednesday after the Department of Justice sought to block the company's takeover of T-Mobile USA.
Sprint (NYSE: S), which would be hurt by the merger and has been pushing the government to block it, has seen its shares rise on the news.
