Limelight Networks (LLNW) Cuts Q3 Sales Guidance Following EyeWonder Deal; Authorizes $25M Buyback

Limelight Networks (Nasdaq: LLNW) confirms it will sell its EyeWonder unit to DG (Nasdaq: DGIT) for $66 million. Limelight sees expenses of about $1.6 million during Q3 on the deal.

The company has reduced its Q3 sales guidance excluding-EyeWonder: from $51.7-$53.2 million to $41.5-$42.5 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $52.8 million.

Also announced a $25 million buyback program.
