Brinker International (EAT) Raises Qtr. Dividend 14.3% to $0.16; 2.8% Yield

Brinker International (NYSE: EAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized. This is a 14.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.

The dividend will be payable on September 29, 2011, to stockholders of record on September 9, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of September 7, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
