USA Truck (Nasdaq: USAK) 26.8% LOWER; sees a Q3 loss, compared to a net gain of $600,000, or 6 cents per share, during the same quarter last year. The company cites "a temporary but significant decrease in the efficiency of our truckload operations associated with our efforts in implementing our new enterprise management software." Sees sales miles about 15 percent below July 2010.
Identive (Nasdaq: INVE) 18.6% HIGHER; word is that official launch partner RadioShack (NYSE: RSH) will unleash Google's (Nasdaq: GOOG) Google Wallet on September 1st. Though the rumor has some speculation behind it, Inventive group makes RFID peripherals and could see upside from any launch of Google Wallet.

Corinthian Colleges, Inc. (Nasdaq: COCO) 15.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.13, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $425.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $427.59 million. Corinthian sees Q1 new student growth of 23 percent to 25 percent on sales of $414 to $424 million. EPS expected to be 2 to 4 cents. The Street is currently looking for sales of $427.02 million with EPS of 15 cents. Sees FY12 EPS of 30 to 35 cents, which compares to the Street estimate of 23 cents.
Vonage (NYSE: VG) 14.7% HIGHER; bouncing above the 200-day moving average this morning. The stock is down nearly 22 percent over the last five trading sessions. Word today is that Apple's (NYSE: AAPL) new iPhone 5 will be CDMA and GSM compatible. Apple currently doesn't have an iPhone carrier in Europe.
Perfect World Co. (Nasdaq: PWRD) 14.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.01, 44 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $120.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $107.8 million. Based on the Company's current operations, total revenues for the third quarter of 2011 are expected to be between RMB756 million and RMB803 million, representing a range similar to the revenues in the second quarter of 2011, but still an increase of 15 percent to 22 percent on a year-over-year basis.
RealPage, Inc. (Nasdaq: RP) 12.5% LOWER; reports it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Multifamily Technology Solutions, Inc. The company will acquire MTS for approximately $74.4 million, net of cash expected to be acquired. The purchase price will consist of approximately $63.6 million in cash and approximately $10.8 million paid with shares of RealPage common stock.
Motricity (Nasdaq: MOTR) 10.5% LOWER; continuing lower today following news yesterday morning the company's CEO left. Shares fell 7 percent yesterday.
