Virgin Media Inc. (NASDAQ: VMED) repurchased 295,000 shares of common stock on 19 August 2011 as a part of the Company’s capital return program previously announced on 27 July 2011.
The highest price paid per share was $24.06 and the lowest price paid per share was $23.20.
The repurchased shares will be cancelled. As of 19 August 2011, after giving effect to the cancellation of these shares, the number of shares of common stock issued and outstanding would be 311,370,590.
