Dendreon Corporation (Nasdaq: DNDN) reports John H. Johnson has been elected to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective August 18, 2011.
Johnson is currently the chief executive officer of Savient Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: SVNT), where he has also served as a member of its Board of Directors since January 2011.
