Keefe, Bruyette & Woods upgraded Verisk Analytics (NASDAQ: VRSK) from Market Perform to Outperform with a price target of $39.00.

KBW analyst says, "In addition to having a favorable opinion of the company's business model and growth prospects going forward, following a recent pullback in its share price, there is now over 20% potential upside to our $39 price target (12.5x 12-month forward EV/EBITDA)."
