Ladenburg Thalmann (NYSE: LTS) 7.6% HIGHER; investors getting a better look at the details surrounding Ladenburg's proposed acquisition of Securities America from Ameriprise. Upgraded at ThinkEquity, downgraded at Credit Suisse today.
