Sears Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: SHLD) reported Q2 EPS of ($1.13), $0.67 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.46). Revenue for the quarter came in at $10.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $10.13 billion.
Kmart's comparable store sales were flat, Sears Domestic comparable store sales declined 1.2%.
