Photronics, Inc. (Nasdaq: PLAB) 24.4% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.23, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $135.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $131.78 million.

Blue Coat Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: BCSI) 24% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.18, 3 cents worse than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $109.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $113.43 million. Sees Q212 revenue of $103-$110 million, versus the consensus of $116 million. Also sees net loss of $(0.04) per diluted share to net income of $0.04 per diluted share on a GAAP basis.

Taomee Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: TAOM) 21.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.15, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $11.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $11.25 million. Taomee expects total net revenues to increase in the range of 3% to 5% quarter-over-quarter.

MarketAxess Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: MKTX) 13.9% HIGHER; shares are jumping after-hours on reports from the Wall Street Journal the company could be sold for $1.5 billion.

Claude Resources, Inc. (AMEX: CGR) 13.5% HIGHER; reports the following highlights from its Seabreee Gold Mine: 1)

Clearwire (Nasdaq: CLWR) 13.1% HIGHER; traders following Chairman John Stanton into the stock today. The exec bought about 2.76 million shares over the last few days.

TravelZoo (Nasdaq: TZOO) 12.1% LOWER; continuing lower today, pushing below a support level around $40.

Aixtron (Nasdaq: AIXG) 10.4% LOWER; Deutsche Bank downgraded the stock from Buy to Hold, its price target cut from €40 to €17.

Dell, Inc. (Nasdaq: DELL) 10.0% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.54, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $15.76 billion. Sees FY11 sales growth of 1-5%, down from prior guidance of 5-9%. Sees operating income growth of 17-23%.
