Commercial National Financial (CNAF) Raises Quarterly Dividend 18.2% to $0.26; 5.4% Yield

Commercial National Financial (NASDAQ: CNAF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share, or $1.04 annualized. This is an 18.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on September 2, 2011, to stockholders of record on August 26, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of August 24, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.4 percent.
