BofA (BAC) Could Sell Merrill's Real Estate Assets to Blackstone (BX) for $1B -FT

FT reporting BofA (NYSE: BAC) may be in talks with Blackstone (NYSE: BX) to sell Merrill Lynch's Real Estate assets. A source has suggested the deal could be worth as much as $1 billion.

FT saying the deal is still in very early talks and it may be weeks before anything official is announced.
