Shares of Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO) are surging in the after-house session Wednesday following inline Q1 sales guidance.
The company said it expects quarterly revenue to rise 1-4 percent on a year-over-year basis. This implies sales of about $10.86-$11.18 billion. The Street is currently looking for Q1 sales of $10.99 billion.
After closing at $13.73, Cisco shares are now around $14.92, up more than 8 percent from the close.
