Jiayuan (NASDAQ: DATE) reported Q2 EPS of $0.12, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $12.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $12.2 million.
Jiayuan currently expects to generate net revenues in the range of RMB84 million to RMB86 million for the third quarter of 2011.
