Apollo Global Management LLC (NYSE: APO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized. This is a 242.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.07.

The dividend will be payable on August 29, 2011, to stockholders of record on August 22, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of August 18, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.3 percent.
