Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on DIRECTV (NASDAQ: DTV).
Nomura analyst, Mike McCormack, "There are signs of incremental stress in the US business as US revenue growth at 7% has slowed to the lowest rate since 1Q09 and cash expenses are consistently growing at 8%-9% clip. We believe some degree of caution is warranted. DTVLA exceed expectations and remains the primary investment theme, despite ~75% of consolidated EBITDA and ~85% of FCF being sourced from the US business. We expect the next development in the Latin American business will be adding leverage to the segment. We remain Neutral on the shares. We modestly adjusted our 2011/2012 EPS estimates to $3.38/$3.87 from $3.37/$3.90, respectively."
