• upgraded Starbucks (Nasdaq: SBUX) from Neutral to Outperform, $45 price target maintained
  
• upgraded Yum! Brands (NYSE: YUM) from Neutral to Outperform, $60 price target maintained
  
• downgraded The Cheesecake Factory (Nasdaq: CAKE) from Outperform to Neutral, price target reduced from $38 to $30
  
• downgraded Texas Roadhouse (Nasdaq: TXRH) from Outperform to Neutral, price target reduced from $18 to $16
