Cellcom Israel, Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) reported Q2 EPS of NIS 2.45, $0.11 worse than the analyst estimate of NIS 2.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at NIS 1.59 billion versus the consensus estimate of NIS 1.57 billion.

In U.S. dollars, revs were $465 million and earnings were 72 cents per share.
