Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Inc. (RBA) Misses Q2 EPS by 2c, Raises Quarterly Dividend By 7%

Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Inc. (NYSE: RBA) reported Q2 EPS of $0.25, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $114.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $120.67 million.

The Company also announces a 7% increase to its quarterly cash dividend. The quarterly cash dividend of $0.1125 per common share is payable on September 9, 2011 to shareholders of record on August 19, 2011
