National Research Corp (NASDAQ: NRCI) reported Q2 EPS of $0.34, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $18.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $17.53 million.
The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share payable September 30, 2011, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 2, 2011.
