Solar Senior Capital (NASDAQ: SUNS) declared a monthly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.96 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 2, 2011, to stockholders of record on August 19, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of August 17, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.5 percent.
