Meritor (MTOR) Misses Q3 EPS by 3c; Guides Q4 Revs, adj.-Net Income

Meritor (NYSE: MTOR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.26, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.29 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.31 billion.

Sees adjusted income from continuing operations in the range of $15 million to $25 million. Meritor sees Q4 2011 revenue of $1.175-$1.275 billion, versus the consensus of $1.25 billion.
