Guggenheim Enhanced Equity Strategy Fund (NYSE: GGE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3125 per share, or $1.25 annualized. This is a 150% increase from the prior dividend of $0.125.
The dividend will be payable on August 31, 2011, to stockholders of record on August 15, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of August 11, 2011.
The annual yield on the dividend is 7.2 percent.
