Goldman Sachs slashed its estimates and price target on Vistaprint NV (NASDAQ: VPRT) Monday from $58 to $28 following weak FY12 guidance, which was roughly 40% below the consensus.
The firm cut FY2012-2014 EPS estimates to $1.59/$2.01/$2.70, down from $2.84/$3.34/$3.81 to reflect management's new 5-year plan.
Goldman's analyst said, "While we significantly reduce our estimates and price target, we remain Neutral rated as we believe the potential for a "going-private" transaction provides a floor for valuation."
