Sun Healthcare Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SUNH) 56% LOWER; trading lower after CMS issued final FY12 payment update on Friday that cuts Medicare SNF rates by 11.1% on October 1, 2011. Following the news, Credit Suisse, Oppenheimer, RBC and Morgan Keegan downgraded the stock.
