Cracker Barrel (Nasdaq: CBRL) announced that Sandra B. Cochran, President and COO, will be now President, CEO, and a Director on the board effective September 12, 2011.
The company also stated that Michael A. Woodhouse, Chairman and CEO, will now become Executive Chairman of the board. James W. Bradford has also been appointed to the Board of directors.
