AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. (AFSI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12.5% to $0.09; 1.5% Yield

AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: AFSI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on October 17, 2011, to stockholders of record on October 3, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of September 29, 2011.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
