Amgen, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMGN) reported Q2 EPS of $1.37, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $1.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.96 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.78 billion.
Now sees FY11 at the upper end of its previously-issued $5-$5.20 range.
The company also declared its first-ever quarterly dividend at 28 cents per share.
